Dr. Pluckhan has been in the field of health and wellness for over 20 years. With a family history filled with heart disease and cancer, one of Dr. Pluckhan’s goals in practice was to create a program to prevent these conditions through diet , exercise, and a lifestyle of wellness.





Piper Pluckhan, MPT

Piper was drawn to healthcare at an early age after seeing heart disease and diabetes affect family members dear to her. Since those early moments, her own personal diet has been one filled with changes from the standard American diet. Through those changes, she has been drawn to help others achieve a similar state of health and wellness.




Shellie Mayorga, Office Manager

After seeing her dad’s diet over his entire life, Shellie made choices early on in her life to do things differently with not only herself, but her family. She has focused on a diet rich in fruits and vegetables, and has tried to steer clear of meat and processed foods. As a member of our Ideal Protein support staff, she is excited to see the changes that our patients are making every day.
